Woodworking Basics For Women

Ladies to the front of the line. This is a great Mother/Daughter class. Here's your chance to show everyone that woodworking is universal and can be fun and educational as well. Learn the basics of woodworking in this women-only class! You will make a laminated cutting board and while your at it be introduced to the woodshop using many different hand and power tools. The emphasis will be on safety and on becoming comfortable using power tools. Come join Sandy as he shows you that women can be great woodworkers too!

Spoon Carving 101

Joe will guide you through the steps of design, cutting on the bandsaw, and hand carving your spoon. This is a great class if you are just starting out in woodworking or if you want to add woodcarving to your repertoire. All skill levels welcome. It will be our pleasure and honor to see you in the class.
